+11 Songs on the new album.

We are well into the recording now. Most (*7) of the songs are pretty much done, without vocals, and the others can be finished easily in a day. I won't lie, this album is rock. I plan on working on something more acoustic in the fall after the release of this one.

I am excited for you to hear the songs and I will post them on myspace just as soon as they are ready. I am tenatively scheduling the release for fall/winter this year.

+Recording Starts this April.

I am proud to say that recording for another full length album will start this April. This project does not yet have a release date, but it will be later this year. I am excited work on the new songs. Keep checking back for updates.

+Rocktron web site!

Rocktron has just put me up on their web site! I am excited to be a part of their team. They have supplied me with some great stomp boxes. My favorite lately has been the "Austin Gold." This pedal has an option for pre-bass, which is great for me because I usually play with the bridge pickup which has a much brighter tone. The pre-bass function helps even the sound out a little. I am working with their Vendetta combo amp right now as well and am pleased with the sounds that I am getting. If you get a chance take a look at the website.

+Punched!

My bass player was punched...in the eye. The left eye I believe. If you know Dom at all you well know that he is not the type of guy you would ever want to punch. I would come before Dom in the order of who deserves to be punched. I really don't get it. Just so you know, Dom is fine. He has a cracked orbital socket (*the part of your face that holds your eye in) and that's about it. He can still play which is really the most important thing. Anyway Dom, if you ever read this I want you to know that I will never punch you...in the eye at least. Peaces.
